Different versions in We're Going To the Zoo

There are three variations played in the episode.

  1. Dakota sings it just after he learns he'll be at the zoo the whole afternoon. This version has fewer instrumental tracks and they are played at a lower volume than the main version.
    107 S I M P squirrels in my pants

    Squirls going in Vinnie's pants

  2. Is heard after the original one, Dakota sings, "Strangled at the zoo, strangled at the zoo."
  3. The third variation is similar to variation # 1 but the backing tracks are louder and richer. At the end of this variation the Phineas and Ferb song "Squirrels in My Pants" is heard instrumentally and then "Squirrels in My Pants!" is heard.

This is a simple two chord progression in D.
The strumming technique changes one version to another, but the root chords and base line are the same through each version.
When playing this solo, you might want to try switching between chords and the base line to keep it interesting. The base line goes like this:
During the D chord; D, D, A, D, G, D, Gb, E, twice. Then during the C chord, C, C, G, G, four times.
