Mackenzie Phillips is an American actress and singer who voices Principal Milder on Milo Murphy's Law.
She is best known for her role as "Carol Morrison" a sarcastic teen in the 1973 hit movie American Graffiti and as "Julie Cooper" in the 1975 sitcom One Day at a Time. She is currently married to Keith Levenson, (June 2005 - present).
